01 · About

The child builds the robot

RoboCare is a social initiative running robotics masterclasses for children with disabilities, children without parental care and children living with serious illness. It began in Tashkent in April 2025.

In a session the children see how a robot works, assemble one themselves and drive it. Every visit ends with gifts: toys, fruit, sweets.

Muruvvat children's boarding home No. 2

Robotics, smiles and warmth

On 16 September the RoboCare team visited Muruvvat children's boarding home No. 2.

Our aim was simple: to show them robotics, and to share a sincere smile and some warmth.

Because robotics is not only about building things. It is creativity, teamwork and logical thinking, and above all a way into STEM and a first step towards the jobs of the future.

Together with Mehrli Toys

On 5 September the RoboCare and Mehrli Toys teams visited Kichik yulduzchalar kindergarten in Angren to share some joy with the children.

Mehrli Toys collects toys that sit unused at home, gives them a second life and passes them on to other children. That day the collected toys went to the kindergarten's children.

RoboCare wants to wake children's interest in modern technology and support the young inventors who will one day solve real problems. The joy in the children's eyes was the best result of our work.

Robotics, games and gifts

On 20 July RoboCare visited the oncology centre in Bukhara.

We spent the day with the children: building robotics projects, playing games, sharing smiles and making good memories together.

We gave the children gifts. Thank you to everyone who made the visit possible: days like this remind us how much it matters to bring people together.

Lego robotics on the ward

On 15 July RoboCare was back in action in Tashkent: a whole day at the children's oncology centre.

We built Lego robotics models with the children, explored bright ideas, and brought plenty of smiles and special gifts to the ward.

Their focus, laughter and enthusiasm as they assembled their creations made every moment worth it. Huge thanks to all the volunteers and organisers who made the day happen.

Playing with a robot dog

On 22 June the RoboCare team visited Qandumcha kindergarten in Bukhara.

We introduced the children to the world of robotics, explained why technology matters, and showed them that learning can be useful and fun at once.

The children joined interactive activities and played games with our remote-controlled robot dog. The day ended with gifts for everyone.

Robot cars we built ourselves

The RoboCare team brought robot cars it had built itself to younger pupils. The report does not name the institution.

We explained the basics in simple words, then showed the cars moving and responding to controls. The children were fascinated, asked many questions, and some wanted to drive the cars themselves.

It helped the younger ones understand robotics and see that technology can be fun and creative. For us it was practice in teamwork, communication and teaching others.

Happy Bee kindergarten

Every child drew a robot

On 4 December we taught the children of Happy Bee kindergarten about robotics.

Their excitement filled the room from the moment we arrived. We showed them how our robot works and let them drive it themselves: their faces lit up as it moved, turned and followed their commands.

To finish, every child drew a robot of their own: funny, futuristic, full of imagination. Days like this remind us how important it is to bring STEM to children early.

Ko‘zmunchoq pre-school

34 children, first robots

On 23 November our learning session took place at Ko‘zmunchoq pre-school in Samarkand, with 34 participants.

The children met the first steps of robotics and did hands-on tasks: assembling a robot, programming it and testing its sensors. Every child took part and asked plenty of questions.

Their favourite part was running and steering the robot, which let them see for themselves how the little robots they had made actually work. The mood was cheerful and interest in technology grew visibly.

Children's home, Tashkent

The first visit

On 12 April RoboCare held its very first masterclass, at a children's home in Tashkent.

Our teenagers ran a hands-on session in engineering and robotics: they explained why robotics matters today, showed one of our robots, and let the children build and control it themselves.

The day ended on a sweet note, with chocolates for every little guest. The children gave our team a beautiful calendar they had made with their own hands.
